The ministry in southern Minnesota continues to go on. Ministry Team members are taking care of events and have done some training. They are all volunteers. We greatly appreciate their ministry. Pray for strength for them to do

Missionary Update

We have had several people consider the role of Awana missionary for southern Minnesota but have decided this is not what God wants for them at this time.

Bill Hoppe from near Grand Rapids, MN is raising support to join the Awana missionary family.

UPDATE: Bill has raised enough of his support that he will be attending Missionary Graduate School at Awana headquarters in February, 2012. Then he will come on a s missionary March 1.

Tim and Cheryl Gilley from Huron, SD (formerly from Rochester, MN) will be attending missionary Candidate School at Awana headquarters in February 2012. When they have their support raised, they expect to move to southern Minnesota to work in that area.

 

Another lady is also looking at the ministry of Awana Missionary. Please pray for her as she considers this opportunity.
